The manufacturer, the model name or number if you know it, the approximate age of the table, a short description of the problem, photographs of the whole table and close-ups of the damaged part, your location or postcode, and whether you already have a replacement part. The more of this you can send, the faster and more accurate the response.
Table Tech has more than 15 years of hands-on experience with tables from Cornilleau, Butterfly, Kettler and Sponeta, along with other popular domestic, commercial and institutional brands. If your brand is not listed, send photographs and it can usually still be assessed.
Often, but it depends on the fault and on part availability. Some manufacturers no longer produce parts for older models; Kettler, for example, has discontinued parts for its tables made up to 2019. Mechanical faults such as misalignment, worn wheels or loose fixings can frequently be resolved without new parts. Send photographs and model details with your enquiry so the work can be assessed and quoted.
Our Parts & Brands Support page lists official parts contacts for Cornilleau, Butterfly, Kettler and Sponeta, it's best to speak to them to buy parts. If you are booking us to come and fit parts for your table, we can assist sourcing them.
Usually, yes. A customer-supplied genuine replacement part can normally be fitted, subject to inspection and compatibility with your table. Send the part details and photographs of the table with your enquiry so this can be confirmed before a visit.
Yes. New table assembly is one of the core services: unpacking, checking the parts for any transit damage or factory defects, building the frame and undercarriage, inserting the tabletops, checking the folding and locking mechanism, and testing the finished table.
Yes. Tables can be dismantled safely before a move and reassembled and realigned at the new location. If the move has already happened and the table was rebuilt in a hurry, it can also be checked over and corrected.
The working area is shown on the interactive map on the Service Area page. If you are close to the edge of the area shown, it is always worth enquiring with your postcode.
See our Pricing page for the latest prices. Unusual or larger jobs may need an individual quotation, which is agreed before any work starts.
No, the rates cover labour. If a replacement part is needed, the part and where to obtain it are discussed and agreed with you before any work goes ahead, so there are no surprises.
Honestly, no. Surface damage can rarely be repaired. Swollen, water-damaged or delaminating tops cannot be restored to a true playing surface. Some manufacturers sell replacement tops for certain models. Send photographs with your enquiry and the reply will be straight about what is realistic before any money is spent. Often replacement tops cost more than half the cost of a new table from manufacturers like Cornilleau. Butterfly do not sell replacement table tops.
Check the underside of the tabletop and the frame for a label or model number. Cornilleau prints the reference and lot number on a sticker in an upper corner under the top. Other brands you may need to check the side of the top for a model number as not all brands provide this detailed information on a sticker. The manual or your original order confirmation also helps.
Yes. Indoor and outdoor tables use different materials and mechanisms, and both are covered, from garden tables to club and institutional models.
Yes. Table Tech works with homeowners, schools, sports clubs, offices, leisure centres and community organisations, including servicing and safety checks for tables in regular shared use.
Only if you want one. Every enquiry gets a reply setting out the likely work and cost, based on the published call out and hourly rates. A visit is booked once you are happy to go ahead, so there is no obligation and no surprise call out.
