Table Tech is a trading name of Design Mania Limited (Company No. 03616535, VAT Registration Number 220 1210 93). You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@tabletech.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, by email or through the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, postcode, information about your table tennis table and any photographs you attach. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you go ahead, to carry out the work.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not use your details for marketing lists.
• This website does not run advertising or analytics tracking by default.

How long we keep information

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet legal and accounting obligations that apply to completed jobs.

Third-party services

The service-area page includes an interactive map hosted by Google Maps. The map loads automatically when you open that page, and your browser connects to Google, whose own privacy policy applies. If the enquiry form is configured to send through a form-delivery service, submissions pass through that provider to reach our inbox.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@tabletech.co.uk and we will respond to any request promptly.
