The map highlights four coverage bands. The timescales below come from the map itself and are approximate only. Busy periods can push dates later, and every job is subject to acceptance.

Fastest
Approx. 1-3 days
Closest coverage. Visits are arranged as soon as the diary allows.
- Band 2
Fast
Approx. 7-10 days
Still within regular coverage, with a short wait for a suitable slot.
- Band 3
Standard
Approx. 10-20 days
The main working area for most home, school, club and commercial visits.
- Band 4
Slowest
Approx. 15-30 days
Less frequent journeys. Not every job in this band is accepted, and travel surcharges may apply.
Important notes about the map
- These are approximate timescales only. Times may vary in busy periods.
- Journeys into the Slowest band are made less often than visits closer to home.
- Not all jobs outside the Standard area will be accepted. All jobs are subject to refusal, and timescales remain approximate.
- The map is for guidance only. Enquiries in the Slowest area and beyond may attract additional travel surcharges.
- You are welcome to enquire from outside the highlighted areas. Extra travel charges can be discussed if a visit is possible.
- Schools looking for a recurring annual service outside the highlighted areas should still get in touch so options can be discussed.
